Bulletproof Sports Development Program

 

Bulletproof sports development program is a foundational athletic training program designed for the individual athlete to develop speed, agility, flexibility, power and mental toughness to achieve optimum success.   It focuses on building a solid foundation in athleticism and involves stages of progression for the physical, spiritual and mental development that is proven to be essential in order to develop an athlete that is mentally tough, spiritually confident and aware of self and environment, and of course, athletically superior to become a “Bulletproof” athlete.

My  focus is to develop the athlete technically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually in all aspects of training to fully develop him or her into a solid athlete.  My training program is based on a comprehensive repertoire of science-based knowledge, biblical principles, and practical experience working at the professional, NCAA, and K-12 level. 

There are 4 Stages of development or progression.  1 level or skill must be mastered in order to move up to the next level.  Every athlete is both pre and post tested to chart progress. What we teach builds every session. You will first learn the basic movements that all sports require for success, and then build off of that foundation.  For the spiritual and mental aspects of development, you must first know self, then accept self before you can even develop self, and finally give self.  You will learn the right way to think, and practice thinking powerful positive thoughts repeatedly to develop consistent, positive emotional and spiritual habits that are empowering.
